Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale?

All sale items are final and cannot be returned.

Our average processing time is 1-3 business days (excludes Saturday and Sunday).

Heavenly Fashion For All reserves the right to determine eligibility for returns and to update this policy at anytime without notice.

Return Eligibility Requirements

Almost all items are eligible for a return, please see below for exceptions & rules:

  • Returns must be initiated within 3 business days of the delivery date.
  • Worn items, washed items, or items damaged by customer will not be accepted for return.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for returns and will be denied:

  • All items marked "FINAL SALE"
  • Customized orders can not be exchanged or returned
